OUR SERVICES

Individual Therapy

We provide therapy services for children, adolescent and adults across the lifespan. Our therapists tailor treatment to the specific needs of the individual, whether it is emotional or behavioral regulation in children, coping with anxiety & depression, working through trauma, stress management, life transitions, or relational issues.

Couples Therapy

Our trained therapists can offer a supportive space to help couples in reconnecting and strengthening their relationships with one another by addressing and working through concerns with communication, recurring conflict, infidelity, trust issues, parenting, and divorce.

Family Therapy

We work with families and their unique dynamics to address challenges affecting the whole family system, such as communication breakdown, child and teen behavioral challenges, siblings and parent-child conflicts, and significant life transitions (i.e. death, divorce, relocation).

Group Therapy

We offer group therapy experiences to address shared mental health concerns in a safe, supportive space. Group therapy can be helpful in members building communication and coping skills, gaining insight from others’ experiences, and empowering members to regain trust with themselves and within their relationships.

School-Based Therapy

Our therapists work collaboratively with students, their families, and appropriate school staff staff to address emotional and behavioral issues, social struggles, and life transitions affecting students at home and academically by providing therapy services in a school-based setting.

Our therapists at Oregon Mental Health Services have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan.
