Clinic Services

Our mission is to provide safe, confidential, and effective outpatient psychotherapy. We are state certified, with offices in Oregon and Dodgeville, Wisconsin. We strive to provide the best quality care and believe in a collaborative approach to treatment. We see our work enhanced by building relationships within the communities we serve.

OMHS, LLC, accepts most insurance plans not part of an HMO. Our Oregon and Dodgeville locations are part of the Dean Health Plan Network.  Our Dodgeville location is also part of the Unity and Unity HMO network.  Sliding fee scale is available.

Outpatient Psychotherapy:

Outpatient psychotherapy is provided in the clinic by licensed therapists trained in Social Work, Professional Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy. OMHS provides treatment for individuals, couples, families and groups. We work to provide each client a confidential assessment and an individualized treatment plan. Goals of treatment are developed collaboratively between the therapist and the client, couple or family. Issues we address include:

  • Trauma

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Relationships between partners

  • Extended family relationships

  • Bi-Polar Disorder and other biologically based illnesses

  • LGBT issues

  • ADD/ADHD

  • Behavior problems

Emergency Services

EMERGENCY SERVICES

If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911.

Make contact with your therapist when your condition is no longer life threatening.

Therapists are available for mental health emergencies by calling 608-719-8515.  Please leave a message with your name, the client’s name, a brief description of the emergency, and contact phone number where you can be reached. In the event of a mental health emergency, please do NOT leave a text message on the OMHS emergency line, as we would not be able to guarantee a timely response. If it is during normal business hours, please call our clinic at 608-835-5050.

 

WHEN SHOULD I MAKE AN URGENT CALL TO THE CLINIC?

An urgent call is advised when there is risk to an OMHS client or when there is risk by an OMHS client. Emergency Services are not available to persons who are not current clients of OMHS, LLC. Calls will be returned in an emergency within 15 minutes.

Urgent calls may be made to your assigned therapist at the clinic number 608-835-5050 or at the number given to you by your therapist. Urgent calls will generally be answered if left on a phone number given to you by your therapist within 24 hours. PLEASE NOTE: not all therapists work every day. Urgent messages left on the clinic number voicemail may not be retrieved if a staff member is not scheduled to work that day.
