GROUP THERAPY

Surviving and Thriving

Narcissistic abuse can leave deep emotional scars, but survivors don't have to face the healing process alone. Support groups offer a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who understand their journey. If you’re a woman seeking a safe, supportive space to process narcissistic abuse, this women’s group therapy experience can be a powerful recovery tool. This group provides peer validation, shared understanding, and structured healing strategies that help rebuild self-trust and resilience, and led by Kimberly Hoover, LMFT.
